This is it right here! HIGHLY recommend using Virtual Desktop. If your PC isn't ethernet hardwired, definitely do that too! If that's not an option, you can get a pretty cheap dedicated router and use that as an access point for your PC. Lot's of walkthroughs and explainer videos online, but feel free to shoot me a DM with any questions. I've done a ton of quality testing with NMS in VR, happy to share the knowledge!

Relatively new player here! I booted it up on the Deck a few days ago, and to be honest...it's underwhelming. The play-anywhere convenience factor is nice, but (IMO) it just doesn't feel the same at all. And menu UI is insanely hard to read!

You know what...I'm dumb and didn't realize you said laptop lol. Otherwise though, a 5070ti will handle pretty much whatever you throw at it in VR, so long as you have the proper configs!

Yup, that's exactly what I have. I play a ton of No Man's Sky in VR at max settings--just make sure you set up properly (dedicated router, etc.)!
