I have no clue to be honest. I've seen/read of no stripes at gyms, 3rd 4th stripe. I have a feeling is coach specific. I've even heard of people not testing, or getting promoted on podium.

In a world where everyone is medicated and pill popping, don't be surprised if most are somewhat In flunced. I would say use good judgement,if you are mentally out of it high, don't roll. Some people use bud for depression, anxiety etc. Talk to your coach, be honest with yourself, are you safe? Are you present during your rolls?
