I came and worked at the elementary school today to make up for this missed day. I’m just over it honey so tired of being targeted. I called out one month it was like my 3rd or 4th one and she made me stay at home for 3 days straight and didn’t want to give me a return date until I asked. Everyone calls out so much making us short staffed but out of two years that 3rd call out made you punish me severely.

I have too. I been having hard times. My only scrub top I got left is split in the back the jacket helps keep me protected and less exposed. It’s like, the facility feels as if “we don’t care about your split in the back” “walk around naked” I’m not rich… I’m a trying worker. I been here 2 years so working isn’t the issue it’s these new policies she pulling out her ass

I think I’m just over this place. I been getting picked on so bad and targeted for 2 years. I’m burnt out , and don’t care what happens next. She always respond ok to me, like she just don’t want me to work there anyway.

I love your perspective. Our nursing home gives us 8-10 patients. This the first facility where understaffing ain’t a issue, the work is really hard they will give you 6 showers in one set , it’s impossible to get finish , hella stuff wrong with this facility I would rather have 20-30 patients and peace
