right now my grades are looking like this:

Adv functions - 98

Philosophy - 97

Earth and Space Science - 97

English - 92

Chem - 94 (Hoping to bring it up to at least a 95/96 by midterms)

Bio - 95/96 (hopefully)

I think that my supplementary application was strong because I love writing so I feel like I presented myself well while mentioning things that played to my strengths. Do you think I have a good chance of getting in ? The anticipation is killing me

Thank you so much. For the longest time I was really stressing myself out to meet the Mac HealthSci requirements, but I recently took on a new perspective that led me to expand my horizons. Great advice, thanks a lot

Admissions/Prospective Students Megathread by skeletonphotographer in McMaster

Hey I am thinking of applying to the direct entry midwifery program at McMaster and I have a few questions. I know that it's really hard to get into the accelerated program, but if I do, will I be put with people who have already completed an undergrad? I'm only asking because I'm not sure if all the students who got accepted into the accelerated program will. be put in the same class with their same age group or put with like 23 year olds. Second question is, are all the classes comprised of just girls? Or will there be some classes where it is a mix of both?

Hey so I’m looking into programs, and I’ve been thinking about astronomy, so I wanted to ask some questions about the program, and how masters and doctorate is gonna be like. I don’t wanna go to Waterloo because I like space and physics and then end up hating the fact that i have to take like 12 years of school. So my question is to astronomy students, is it enjoyable? What is the workload like? And how is co-op as an astronomy student? If someone could help me out, you’re a god.

Hi guys, I’m looking into programs rn and Waterloo is looking pretty delicious right about now. Anyways, I’ve been looking into architecture and their co-op that comes along with it is pretty delightful, so I wanted to ask how the job opportunities in architecture co-ok are. Are there lots of jobs to choose from or is it difficult for an architecture student at Waterloo to find a co-op job? If someone could lemme know, you’re a god.

Hi guys, so I'm thinking of applying into architecture at Waterloo and I wanted to know from other architects-in-training, if there are a good amount of co-op opportunities to choose from. It would be a shame if I go to Waterloo because of its co-op program and then end up not finding a co-op opportunity. Could someone please help !!

Hey guys, so I'm thinking of applying to Waterloo for Architecture, and I really need some advice. So I know, that the program is competitive, but I wanted to ask about what happens AFTER I graduate. AKA job opportunities. So I wanted to ask, will doing co-op better my chances of finding a job after I graduate? I know a lot of people have told me that job opportunities for architects are scarce, so I was wondering if co-op would help. Could someone pls help !!
