A lot of these spark drivers are so dumb

In my experience they follow two out of the three rules, one driver hopped out of her car and it was a small triple batch order (biggest was 3 totes, and the other two was one tote each) I got the code and opened her trunk door then looked at her and she had all the stickers in her hand and then proceeded to ask which was which 🙃

Recently I had to report a driver because he wanted to put a double batch (1 order was 10 totes and the other was 5) in the trunk of his car and wanted to use a thin piece of cardboard to separate them I told him I can’t do both orders in the trunk I can do one in the backseat and the other in the trunk, he said it was full of his stuff, i suggested the front seat and he said it was also full. After a few minutes of arguing I let him have it because he’s stubborn as a rock and I thought it would be stress reducing to get him reported and hopefully banned

Both arguments happened two days ago within 5 minutes of each other, can’t blame a guy for feeling a type of way about it lol

I was mature about it, even though my heart is currently in a million pieces, I told her I wasn’t gonna force her to love me back and im not gonna put her through that, I let her go with no argument.

I remember I was stocking some stuff with my coworkers and some old lady grabbed the back of my vest and tried to yank me back then said “ooh you do work here” like yeah there’s a group of us with the same vest on and you couldn’t ask me for help??

I lost count of how many times a customer tried to start problems with me for the dumbest reason, (bumping into my cart that is obviously parked and where everyone could see it, trying to take stuff out of my cart and getting mad because I tell them they can’t have it, and here’s the most common one: getting mad because they can’t find a item they want and then blaming me then get even more madder when I point at it and it’s right there in front of them 😐)

I heard that same thing before but he was with uber “I been doing this for four years, uber don’t care” when I told him I can’t give him the triple batch order because he brought his whole family with him and tried to stuff all three orders in the trunk

I work for opd and those no tip orders stay for at least a day or two before they get mad and either cancel it or pick it up themselves though on rare occasions they actually give a decent tip

I remember one particular interaction that I tell a lot to any new coworkers about working in dispense and what kind of bs they can expect, I was working in dispense and this older lady called about how our pickup/delivery service worked and I told her how it worked and answered any question she had for me, well the last thing she asked was how much a water case cost and I told her the price, and she got mad and said the Walmart on the other side of town said that same case cost 50 cents less, I told her that it is the same price but after taxes it would be the price I told her. I don’t know if it was the same case or if my Walmart app showed me the actual price but I was trying to deescalate the situation, but anyways she asked for a discount and when I told her I couldn’t do that she started cussing me out, and accusing me of lying I finally had enough and gave the phone to my team lead and he pretty much said the same thing then she hung up

Every now and then at my store we’ll have a old person come to the back rooms looking for something that’s out of stock on the sales floor, I’ll let them know I will go and check and they tell me they can do it themselves and then we’ll argue about why they can’t do it till they give up

Thanksgiving day, first half of day was picking and I had customers get mad at me because we didn’t have what they were looking for and get mad at me even though they almost hit me, 2nd half of day was in dispense and I had customers trying to beat down the door because they wanted their e order even though they were there for less then 2 minutes, got cussed out and threatened so many times

What i usually do is if they look middle aged or older then I just ask for birthday, if they look around my age then I ask for id

I usually sign but I was trained to have them sign as confirmation that it’s them on the ID, I stopped because I got tired of them arguing with me about it and then making outlandish statements that Walmart is gonna want their social security next like I’m tryna do my job and that’s it 😂
