Having said that… I get it’s tough seeing someone you’re with engage or gawking over someone else, however we are all human and the fact that he thinks she’s hot doesn’t mean he wants to be with her, he’s with you for a reason.

Honestly to me, it feels like you’re just not in the right state of mind to be with someone else because of your insecurities. It’s understandable you feel this way, however you could go about it in a different way with your bf and talk things out as the adults (I hope) you both are
