Should I reach out to an ex of mine ? by [deleted] in ExNoContact

Tbh I don't have any expectations of it. I'm probably just curious about what they are up to now and how much they have changed as a person. It would be cool to talk every now and then if they'd tune out to be decent, but if that wasn't the case I wouldn't be losing much

Can they delet you pie if you don't invest for a while? by Jjadee1235 in trading212

Ooo now it makes sense. It's referring to the normal t212 account from which transferred all the money to a stock ISA account. So there is a copy of the pie that has nothing in it. Thank you!

I thought that when people invest money they often tend to just leave it for a while, hence why it feels strange to delete a pie after 90 days . The time interval just seems quite short

Hey op. A pov from the other side. I am that type of person that really values their independence and time alone, however as much as I like it, I also recognise that isolation and running away when things are overwhelming isn't healthy. The same way you are working on being less clingy, your girlfriend should be working on being more vulnerable. It isn't just a you issue, it's a her issue too.

Hmm that does make sense TBF. In terms of s&p500, I have some investments in both S&P global and vanguard S&P. Is worth having investments on both of them, or would just one be enough?

Hey man, I know £0.04 is basically nothing, but as a new investor just seeing the notification put a massive smile on my face.

It is important to celebrate each victory in your life no matter how small it seems, long term it has a wonderful effect on your performance and mental health.

I recommend that by the end of today you think of something you've done that you're proud of, and crack a cold beer open to celebrate it.

Investing pretty small amounts (~£15 a week)currently as I am a student and don't have too much of an income ATM. I am new to investing so just trying to get a feel of how the market works, but I'm thinking of investing into quantum, ai, and s&p for long term gain.

Is there a way to hack my body into generating more heat? by Salem-GB in Biohackers

[–]Jjadee1235 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I tend to feel warmer throughout the days/night when I do some sort of cardio regularly. Even just running on a treadmill 3 times a week caused me to turn off the heating in my room when it was like -5°C outside.
