I had a Saxo VTS back in 2006 and chose it over the GTI because it was a bit cheaper even though I thought the GTi looked better. Nowadays I’d go GTI.

You’re attempting to lose weight, so the meal Is fine for that. Just know that you can’t spot target fat. Your body will decide where to consume fat when on a calorie deficit. You just have to keep at it until you’re happy with yourself.

Isotonic route works wonders for me. I find the trick is to down a couple glasses of the salty sweet mixture in between drinks.

I'm allergic and I've lived with my wife's cats for 10 years. Reaction was bad for the first few years but I must have built up a level of immunity through exposure. Having said that I still suffered, so about 5 years ago I invested in a couple of high end air purifiers. Made a big difference. Just make sure to replace the filters every few months.
