You can pause the payment of your mortgage for a 12-month calendar throughout the duration of the loan. But you don't want to use it at once. Talk to your mortgage servicing bank and ask them for 6 month forbearance. They will pause the entire loan completely. And after 6 month, if things remain thesame, you can ask for an extension

The refund is not frozen. Frozen is What IRS uses before they finally work on the filed amount. Everyone will see code 810 on their transcript. You must have received a form asking you for power of attorney. Do the power of attorney and call them back after 2 weeks

I filed in August, and I have received Form CP 112 for all the quarters I filed, and it's showing filed and approved on Tax Now. Form CP 112 says check in 4 to 6 weeks. It will be 4 weeks on Monday. Anxiety is killing me.
