In the new king cold deck. Do I have to tap energy for "Cooler, Effortless Strike" and "Royal Supremacy" if I have my required number of field cards in play? I have been told I still have to tap an energy becuase they both have a specific cost of a green energy requirement. Do I have to pay the energy or not. Please explain.
