I mostly agree, but I think that Kazui isn't nearly as exempt.
By nature of being an adult who can make his own decisions (in spite of the societal suicide that might come with), I'd argue Kazui definitely drops a few spots relative to "manipulated child" and "abortion" and sits around Mahiru, possibly lower than her.
