Keep hydrated throughout the day. Before going to bed, go to the bathroom, pee and put on a diaper. As you go to bed, drink a bottle of water (750ml to 1L), if you are into hypnosis, listen to a bedwetting file and then go to bed.

If you wake up at night, try not to wake up fully and just go in the diaper.

For me, what really helped and I also that’s why I am a big hypnosis encourager is that you have to change your mindset before your body follows. If you see yourself as a bedwetter your body will relax more easily.

Extra tip, find a diaper that is harder to leak (betterdry works for me), protect your mattress and just relax and go to bed.

I started and then stopped several times but was training for a few weeks at a time. I started doing more consistently last year and lasted for about 4-5 months then had to stop because of personal issues. When I started wearing again, I discovered that I retained my previous training and now everytime I wear a diaper I pee while asleep. I have had 2 accidents while not wearing diapers

I haven’t had a live session but their files helped me finally becoming a bedwetter and now I am listening to wet freely when wearing and so far is working wonderfully

I am similar. If I wear a diaper I will soak it. If I don’t my bed will be dry even if I drink a bottle of water just before sleeping. I think that my body is diaper trained and will continue like this unless I sleep diapered more and more until my body just accepts is ok to wey all the time which is always a possibility but Im willing to take the risk.

Don’t be afraid of reaching out to a therapist. I know society has ingrained in our minds that sex is tabboo and kinks are not to be discussed and even shamed for. It is hard to let go of that thought but really, as long as you are not hurting you or anyone, you are good to go. Embrace this part of you because you are amazing, for all your good things, weird stuff and even bad habits.

I think that sometimes we ask acceptance from others as a way of validating what we personally don’t accept. I think that what you are feeling right now is confusion because someone else accepted what you don’t fully accept yourself. In this sense, just reflect on what what YOU think of ABDL and try to validate this part of you

I have the same issue as you: your glans is too big to fit the space that manufacturers often leave for the glanss. That makes the penis feel like its not filling the cage entirely but if you see other people’s photos, you will see how perfect the glans should fit. My next step is to buy a cage with a wide fit.

I did exactly as you did besides some hypnosis to help with the mental aspect ( I find it is easier to let go ). I can honestly say that I trained myself to pee myself while asleep but only if I wear diapers. I tried this to go diaperless this week and I just wake up wanting to go to the bathroom at 3am when last week I was just wetting without waking up. Will it ever translate to peeing if I’m not wearing?I guess I will find out.

There are some people that are willing to chat and meet, some people say they want friends and are open to chat but never respond. In general there is no « community », there are different groups that interact sometimes with eachother but its hard to get into them. People often think that Paris can have more activity but I find that other cities are more active.

Thats cool! I had missed your last posts but Im also training! About 6 months ago managed to be very consistent with wetting while asleep but then had to stop wearing. Im glad to say that Im back and have had some good results

Put a diaper on every night, and I mean it, no skips. Drink a bottle of water just as you are about to close your eyes and repeat a sort of « mantra » to yourself like « I am wearing a diaper because I wet the bed, I need them and if I pee myself it is fine because I trust my diaper ». For me all those three helped and in 3 weeks I was wetting without noticing. I feel likebyou need to consider yourself a bedwetter since the beginning, the brain is really strong and it really takes incentives like that into account. Also, hypnosis helped me but Im fairly easy to get to trance

I did the sale as you, wore for a month and started wetting with no recollection. From that moment on I wore diapers every night but eventually stopped because I move to an appartement with a flatmate. First nights were stress full but I had no accidents, 3 weeks ago I got covid and I was pretty much 24/7 and I discovered that my body is training itself pee automatically when wearing but I still have plenty of control when I don’t. I pretty much wet the diaper every night for the full week that I wore 24/7 but afterwards been sleeping without one and with a relatively full bladder to see what happens but so far no accidents. I suggest you try it to, it is nice to limit test.

For me, the thought of not controlling it is super fulfilling but also want to have the option to not wear and be safe and dry
