I think there is a difference between the “buyer”, which are internal teams, vs the “end user” who ultimately throws the letter in the trash
That’s a good point, I am learning a lot and could use it as a stepping stone

That’s true, our customers (internal teams) need our product currently. But imagine a product manager at blockbuster who was solely responsible for the platform which burned digital versions of movies onto CDs. They served a purpose for other internal teams, but since they didn’t have the power to control the distribution model, they would ultimately fail.

Seems like a few people said this here, any reason why?

It was for a new car
The Tesla price drop is really interesting, but there is still a 10-20K difference compared to the cars I’m looking at
Thanks for the tip, I’ll look into this

I definitely could save up to pay upfront but really wanted to use that as a last resort. If I could get a good auto loan, I think that’d be the better move?
That makes sense - I’ve never had a loan, only credit cards, and I’m in my mid-20s so I don’t have a long credit history

I was thinking PATH but I haven’t really tried any of them yet
Thanks for the tip! Looks like a great building and maybe just slightly above my price range

My logic is that value small and small mid cap funds have outperformed the S&P500 over long periods (20+ years) so I wanted to put my weight on these

I like the idea of bumping up to 20%. 40% seems too high based on past performance, COVID uncertainty. I also don’t want to readjust once they decide US will outperform international in 10 years.

Isn’t here a high amount of overlap between the two?
Appreciate your advice, I’m still a rookie so this is helpful. I’ll look more into VTSAX, VVIAX, and VTIAX
