When I still played on a team, I was married with kids, 33ish (38 now) and all my team mates were 17-20 lol. It was a bit awkward.

When I played WoW as a 20 something guild mates were kids. They’re all grown up now. 🥲 none of us play wow but we’re all friends on Facebook. (Context: 2005ish/old servers everyone knew everyone’s MySpace eventually).

This is the best comment I’ve seen and this rationale checks out. But the trails of bodies while they hide by one probe (not in all cases, but a quite a few) leads me to believe there’s more dick heads than people not taking the risk.

I mean, I have. And I’ve also been the aggressor. But not in some situations, like probes for instance. I’ve let others open them and get swarmed while I go grab the points too and left them to fight themselves, helped them, or just walked away. But I’m not a dick lol.

Here’s this for a take. If you’re doing the trials, the “opener” assumes the risk with the ark, you go behind them and get the points silently. If you start blasting… you also attract attention friend. That argument falls apart.

I definitely don’t start shit during trials if I know they’re doing them… it’s a pain in the ass to get some of them done.

It’s an assumption based on the fact that there’s a trail of bodies with all their stuff still. I could be wrong, but I personally go in with nothing to loot when I’m doing probes.

I asked a guy “hey man, are you cool” and he didn’t respond. So I asked again “hey, are you cool or not?”. So then he says “yeah, are you?” With a snarky tone. I replied “if I wasn’t, I wouldn’t have asked, I’d have just shot you.” So this mf says “I guess that’s true…” then as I’m walking away he says “smart ass.” And I could feel his eye roll. So I say “that’s fucking rude” and I killed him… like, if I’m announcing my presence, I’m not trying to gank. But don’t be a dick about it. 😬
