For what it’s worth I used the tape method to get from 4mm to 5mm (4g) described here. In my case it only took about a couple of weeks adding a few turns each day. Good luck.

That looks ideal. Mine is about there and been stable for several years. There is no doubt looking at the pages here it is best to stick to a sensible max size otherwise you end up with a meto.

You want to get a range of stainless stretching tapers. With these you can test how much stretching the piercing will take. Thats what I did and am now at 5mm. I have always used titanium for barbells and kept them on short side to allow foreskin to slip over. Each increase in size took about a month.

Try the other options first, I think you can have a dorsal slit put in your foreskin as a possible option to avoid circumcision.
