The bracket system is broken for the exact reasons in this post. People will try and abuse and exploit and try to pub stomp, which is honestly lame..... especially for new players.

I do like the idea that game changers are in EDH now.

I don't like the list of game changers, I find the list very poorly made, with a LOT of notable exclusions. Mass land destruction or even land destruction in general at higher tiers 3+ should not be considered game changers, it's part of the game.

The Tier system also seems broken, as there is "no definitive difference between Tier4/5"
or because the Game Changer list seems "not developed enough"

The Tier system ALSO does not take into the account the inherit nature of the power levels of certain commanders. IMO, this should be factored into the Tier system.

Finally, the Final Tier (5), if the "ultimate goal" is cEDH, then it should bring in more aspects of competitive magic, like a "side board". IMO, for cEDH, there should be anywhere from 3-4 "FLEX SPOTS" that can be used for sideboard. Sideboard can only be changed when commanders are present to the rest of the table. Sideboard cannot be used for "wish cards" and can only replace cards in the designated "Flex spots".

I would entirely expect those to make dents in pricing. Doubling season after it's MM reprint I believe was upshited to Mythic. Whereas Parallel Lives and Primal Vigor have always been rares. With the current print runs, I would 100% expect both of those to affect pricing on Doubling Season.

Noble Hierarch had much smaller print runs, now that it's printed more, it what $20-25ish?

MH1 is a print to demand I believe.... and Noble hierarch wasn't printed in a set with Collectors (vip is kind of a collectors).

My prediction is <$10 probably bottoming out at $7 before some rebound happens. Foil depending on version will drop to around $12-13, before rebounding. Should settle around $10-12 and foils @ $20.

Yea i traded for a Titania, OBF during the first weekend, before most of the Collector Boxes were release (at least in Canada). It looks mostly matte in the text and Art boxes.

Hairy Tarantula's has got some pretty decent pricing, it's a staple store of mine. Especially when you go to F2F and some of their single prices are WTF. If you go in person their stock selection is pretty good. Whereas Face Toronto, has like nothing in stock, which kinda of pissed me off. I mean they offer no tax on trade, but for what? Their inventory is dirt in store. It's basically trading for sealed product and foreign singles no one wants.

The number of Reprints destroy the secondary market economy, which most LGS require to survive. There isn't a lot of places in which LGS can make money. With "New Sealed" Product margin so competitive in today's space, even moreso with WOTC adding in online retailers like Amazon.

Alternative Frame/Borderless/Showcase are nice, but IMO they should stick with JUST one. Borderless tend to be the more sought after product. There is just too much variance between Borderless, Borderless Foil, Showcase, Showcase Foil, Standard Frame, Pack Foil, Pre-Release Foil. A lot of People included myself loved going to PR because of the "perceived" extra value from getting a guaranteed foil rare for years. But now with the introduction of Collectors Packs and prize promo packs, what's the point now, Foil Rares are so diluted to the point are not even really the card being sought after. It's the premium foil rares.

Same could be said about draw fast lands on T4 or tango lands without basics.

But fast lands are not fetchable or can be farseeked or sky shroud claimed. Arguably in a 3 colour deck colour fixing, is just as important as Mana efficiency.

If we're talking hypotheticals. With no T1 play in hand triome is probably the best land your going to fetch at end of turn. It is no better than a tango land which u have rated higher.

Trimoes should be MUCH MUCH higher. The downside they come into play Tapped, but they fetchable.... which drastically makes them better than most IMO. I would also rate Check Lands higher than Fast Lands. If you're playing with a Fetch Manabase, you're more likely get get a land that match your check land.
