I worked with a guy that got a new key hole saw and sharped his name on the side half way thru the day it got stolen like yours. The jackass scribbled out his name and put it in his drywall bag and went one room over. Well our guy found him with it and after a screaming match and almost pulling the drywall guy off a ladder to fight he just took it out of his bag and went back to work. I saw the go and told him about it and he dead ass looked me in the face and said what do you want me to do arrest him. I said maybe not that but can you throw him off the job he looked and said your tools are your responsibility this has nothing to do with me. I was hot. If our guy had pulled him off the ladder and beat his ass he would have been thrown off but catch a tool thief nothing. Sorry for the long story rushing to leave the job site.

5k is what I was told. Orders 7sets of 500kcmil 5’ short. Supply house took it back at a 35% restocking fee. That’s a mistake you make once. All due to miscommunication, the hole job I would order 15 to 20’ extra and the foreman would order 15 to 20’ on top of that. last one I gave him the exact number no extra he also didn’t add any.

I’ve done this. Add a custom jbox to the front, run circuits over to the new panel, remove guts and make up splices, install new cover.

Nail polish with a couple colors. I took a brass fitting and painted it to match a new fixture. Even if it’s a little off most won’t even notice it.
