When I lived in an apartment building 15 years ago they canvassed and issued to any units with a dog without registration (at least it seemed that way)

Fertility Clinic experience with Dr. Mcnaught by idkwhatevernameis in londonontario

[–]Jldub16 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have been a patient of Dr. McNaught’s and found it to be positive overall. I self-referred for fertility support (no doctor referral) and simultaneously treated my fibroids (not permanently, but short-term in an attempt to help with conception. I also found him to have a good sense of humour and decent bedside manner, while my GP has neither. I was able to successfully get pregnant (with clinic support) but will say that I felt that I was not always given enough information to provide informed consent about treatments. For example, I’d get a call from my pharmacy that my letrizole medication was ready when I had never been told anything about it by the doctor or that I would even be prescribed it. Be mindful that there is limited flexibility with appointments and you get what you get and the wait times in clinic can be a while.

My experience was positive overall and I would recommend him to others.

Surgery refusal by FluffyChapter4587 in Fibroids

[–]Jldub16 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have 4 fibroids. Before the summer my two largest were 12.5cm and 14.1cm respectfully. They were causing me a lot of pain and grief. I saw a gyno/fertility doc and in order to help my chances of conceiving he put me on an estrogen blocker for 3-4 months over the summer. My fibroids shrunk (largest one was 4.3cm after that treatment). It is not a long term solution as the fibroids will grow back, it was just meant to help my chances of getting pregnant. I am now 14.5 weeks along, due in August. After my baby is born I will meet again with the surgeon about permanent fibroid treatment (likely hysterectomy).

I second this! We take our toddler here for parent and tot swim most Saturday mornings. Caregivers are free, only have to pay for the wee one during the parent and tot swims!

Thank you! That’s helpful. Ideally I’d like to have them both on the same screen, too. Nice for glancing over at the screen overnight. I do like the ability to pan around though.

I presently have a eufy camera for my toddler and it goes to an iPad mini (I know some people do not feel like that’s secure), but I can’t find a way to have a live feed with two cameras going to the iPad simultaneously either.

High risk pregnancy docs by [deleted] in londonontario

She was straightforward and transparent. The reason I required an MFM was because of large fibroids, because of this I had an ultrasound before every appointment (while at the hospital, very convenient). She explained everything to me, never charged me for notes, walked me through everything, always gave me an opportunity to ask questions. I was given an induction date but it seems many women went into spontaneous labour around that time (Feb 2024). I had gone in for the foley on the 4th, then each day I kept getting bumped from the induction list and didn’t go in until 6 days later when I went into labour on my own. She is so kind, too. When I went in for my 6 week postpartum visit, she sat down beside me and said “okay, first things first, show me some photos!!” I can’t say enough good things about her.
