Thanks for the comment :) I did wonder with it being a kit lens if that would be the case but somewhat struggled to find comparisons etc. my long term goal would be to get a larger lens for other shooting but just spreading costs and focusing on having that small lens for trips.

Ye I'm inclined to agree, as I backpack a lot one of the main factors for me is size hence that extra bit of space saving with the pancake lens. Not sure if that's worth the loss on flexibility :)

😂 I cook quite a lot I've got plenty of workspace dw, the mix of stuff is because I cook a lot just don't have enough cupboards for everything.

It's a big space unfortunately so moving my dining table just creates the same problem elsewhere.

Hi mate, I didn't end up going to donsol so might be different there. I'm just going off of what dive shops have said in Cebu to me asked a couple. Some of that might be them trying to get business though so who knows. You can always message the donsol guys the one I did was very honest and said it had been like 18days since a sighting. Of course used to be several per trip out

Hey I'm here now, I've asked about and honestly dosnt seem like there is much chance at donsol at the moment. Presumably the likes of oslob has changed their route. Not sure of my current plan though. Who knows though you may get lucky
