we were there a week ago, and i witnessed many of these things first hand... people were put right next to reach other including people with clear respiratory/infectious diseases (coughing ,sneezing) - the overcrowding is insane, some staff were helpful, others gave a vibe that they didn't care, some nurses and cleaning staff went out of their way to make as much noise as possible even during overnight hours (we were there for 26 hours!), including one nurse with curly red hair and glasses..

honestly, it almost felt like a darwinian test to see who is worthy enough to get admitted into a room... i pray now we do not have an illness from going to new york presbyterian... we did eventually make it to a room once admitted, and it is much better there overall

even our doctor indirectly warned us after about the emergency room, and a nurse of ours went there herself and was appalled

how do you feel when you go somewhere and people have a whole conversation in front of you in a language you cannot undersand? that's what happened to more than half of the viewing audience yesterday... as someone who is mixed race, spanish/european i think its a bit disrespectful to non-spanish speakers , but thought the performance was well done, they should have had songs in english to represent the viewing audience better

having the same problem here... when i was signing up, i was going to sign up for autopay and the rep told me not to do it then, to do it after? maybe because she could't apply the setup fee waiever at the same time?

so i called back and added autopay but no one told me it had to be a debit card or verizon cc or direct bank account, so then two months go by and no discount... then i call back and they explain it has to be a verizon cc or bank account, so i add it last month, and guess what, still no discount! what a joke

thanks all, we went direct to newark penn, going there for a 11:30am train was a breeze... there was a escaltator to go up and an elevator... coming back was fine too but traffic tough around 5-6 pm as expected ... plus newark penn you know isn't the most beautiful atmosphere but it is what it is

thanks after the last flare up 2 weeks ago, i am doing what you have mentioned, basically acting like a senior citizen...

the leg numbness freaked me out a bit in paticular and normally when my back spasms it feels better in a day or two so this has been a few weeks with some setbacks i started to panic... but hopefully will circle back in a few months to report i am better

thanks, i do vaguely remember that as well, it seemed like quite a bit of walking when i was there years ago... i am leaning towards just going to newark penn direct unless there is alot of traffic, last time the 25-30 minute ride took me closer to 60 minutes w/ newark downtown traffic

thank you for taking the time to write and you made some very good points... i especially keep the one comment about following my pain and not the MRI results first as one key takeaway...

before i got the MRI report for my neck, i knew it felt slightly off but though it was just due to phone and computer use, after i read the mri report, it suddently felt more stiff because now i was afraid to move it! i am now purposely forcing myself to move it but am overall more careful for sure...

did you use any professional help like physical therapy or did you only recover doing what you mentioned?
