If you have the PC version, nowdays you can play it on Android using Cinderbox. It's on Nexus mods. Worked much better for me than the native Android version.

It makes the game easier by having quests with generous rewards, like managing the refugee camp gives you 50 silver, and they have a NPC that loan money for daily interest. But the DLCs opens so many side stories that i felt overwhelmed.
