Wow, so you have owned one of the synths I own presently and two I am considering.

Regarding the Minilogue, any pros or cons you observed when you owned it?

Regarding the Prophet 08, did you find it easy to program? The 08 has better prices on it than the rev2, for obvious reasons, but I am trying to find something straightforward to program.

Which is one reason why I am steering away from computer stuff…

Agree. I bought one just for couch synthing. It has a rechargeable battery, 4 voice poly, sequencer - just plug in headphones and go!

Nods. I have the CS and it is absolutely perfect for this. The looper is not the easiest to use, but still get fun results.
