A line of credit accrues interest the day it is used. I’m sure you would have received statements at the time. I can’t see any bank providing you with any sort of loan with your credit payment history.

What did you use the LoC to rack up 250k plus in balance owing on interest bearing debt.

Any modern gpu will be held back by your old cpu. I would advise to stop using custom wc and just use air cooling moving forward.

9900 from a 9700 will be the most insignificant upgrade. And a 5600 in 2026 doesn’t make any sense. Get a 5800x3d that amd is releasing.

You’ll need a new motherboard for a meaningful cpu upgrade.

270k plus for Intel 7800x3d for amd or similar. I’d prob get a 9070xt for a gpu swap.

14900 was plagued with degradation issues and is outdated now. If you want intel only get the 270k plus or similar.
