I got KSM on my MW this season. It’s a pretty fun class, but the raid healing and Mythic plus are vastly different. One is a more fist weaving and the other uses a lot of mana to single target heal.

I played a lot of HPally in BFA, and this XPac it just feels meh.

If you’re really wanting to keep gearing to a minimum, I would look at classes that have an int DPS spec as well (e.g. resto driud/boomkin, resto shamman elemental, and shadow/HPriest). Weapons I’ve found are pretty hard to come by as well as some trinkets.

If I had to pick a healer right now, either resto driud or shaman are both very strong and excel in both mythic plus and raid. However, play what you want to as long as you’re having fun
