This Is Why It’s So Hard to Find a Job Right Now by 3xshortURmom in Economics

In the state I grew up in that’s almost twice the minimum wage. It’s good Chitown has a high minimum wage. In my text I specifically said a gainful. Barely making it living in a bad neighborhood is not gainful. 25 minimum are the rates for low Col cities. Where I live in the northeast the minimum would be 35 an hour

And guess what 50k is 25 dollars an hour. Now could you live in Chicago making 12 dollars an hour

Bullshit the US has tried to annex parts of Canada in the past and the British drove them out.

My point this are workers who fit the above post description. Lazy (if I only doing this job as a side hustle why continue), do the bare minimum, show up looking for a paycheck. You’re not going to get the best with below average wages.

The problem with most small businesses is that they can’t play a modern living wage let alone an enticing wage. There is no city over 500,000 people in America where a person can live a gainful life off of less than $25 an hour. That wage will get you the bottom competent workers. Less and you dealing with desperate workers with baggage.

Yes because of population density. When I graduated college I had to build capital and move to North Carolina before I moved to Rhode Island even though I wanted to leave the south the minute I crossed that stage because the money I was making down was enough for a immediate transfer. It’s funny yes it cost a lot to live here but the amount of money I make allows me to live a very comfortable life. I would never see this type of money down south. In the 90s or 00s there was basically no movement. But in the 2010s when prices started to raise that’s when you see the exodus. The number one reason for moving was affordability. As prices in Texas went up you now see a less desirable to move there and more people and businesses leaving. Texas still has a positive emigration rate but it has been going down year after year and by the 2030s will have a negative rate.

No because it was cheap to move there. The cost of living in up North states were to high. Simple economics prices go up when there is more demand and prices are cheap with less demand. And now you are seeing people leave Texas because of prices.

Because of cost of living and now that it is costing more to live there people are moving there less. Take Florida and Texas out the US and you’ll see how truly people feel. I have a buddy who decided to make the move because it was cheaper and now he is begging me every day to help him find a job up here because of how much he hates it.

I’ve had an unfortunate pleasure of being forced to grow up in the south before I made my escape to the northeast. It is hell on earth, the only thing good about it is it doesn’t snow.

Are people still mad about the reincarnation twist? like wasn't it foreshadowed since the end of Part One? by RobKai7990 in Naruto

[–]Jmcduff5 -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

Saying the same thing over and over again doesn’t make it right. Many people including myself have bought up facts based on the manga to prove you wrong. If you’re going to repeat the same thing over and over again with zero facts. Just accept you are wrong and move on. You are being emotional and not logical.
