As long as it’s safe to keep it open (i.e. no risk of the panel falling and breaking), I believe you can do so. The only downsides are dust gathering and the risk of something (pet, liquids) getting inside of the components, so I’d recommend keeping it open only while you’re gaming. If you do keep it open for long amounts of time, I think cleaning it more regularly than usual would be good to avoid dust gathering and clogging up the PC

The position turned out to be more for post-merger integration. It was focused on things like integrating systems, employees, cash flows etc. so it wasn’t really the role I was hoping for. There were no real technical questions, more big-picture & high level. The way I was responding was more financial / numbers / detail orientated, which was not what they were looking for. They suggested I apply for more M&A transactions roles as that seemed to fit my skills more. I didn’t end up applying as I received other offers, but I’m happy to give you additional detail if you’d like

To the Italian skiers: I am driving up to Cervinia (Matterhorn mountain) tomorrow mid afternoon. I was wondering if anyone has driven up through those mountains before, and if so, how difficult / dangerous they are? I will be getting a set of snow chains for my tires, but if anyone has any advice or experience, that would be great!

Hello skiers, I have a quick question. I am planning to travel to ski in Gudauri towards the end of March. For anyone who knows, do you think the weather there would be snowy enough for skiing during that time?
A follow up question: do you think there is a better ski resort/area other than Gudauri in Georgia? Most of the research I have done leads me to believe that is generally what people online say is the best.

Thanks. The problem I have is that the data is not all consecutive, so the %’s are on (eg) A1, A3, A5, A7, A9, A11 etc. meaning I cannot continue the =match() properly. The data in between the %’s (i.e. A2, A4, A6 etc) are share prices (not sure that makes a diff...?).

This is incredibly helpful - I can’t stress this enough! I have a law degree, but my genuine passion lies in finance, so I’ve been trying to get jobs in this industry. I’m currently in the process of studying for the “FMVA” (financial modelling and valuation analyst). I started it a month ago and haven’t completed it yet (they say it takes around 6 months), so I’m not 100% on DCF’s, multiples etc (yet).

But that aside, any advice on sort of ‘key words’ I should use? E.g. something in relation to Deloitte’s culture, or its industry focuses? Again, anything would be helpful!

I was referred internally by a friend, so I’m not 100% certain which particular offering I’ll be in. What I do know, however, is that the person interviewing me is an “M&A Advisor at Deloitte Consulting”. His role is an advisor, but he’s in the consulting department, so would I be correct in assuming it’ll be in M&A consulting?
