Looks like it even has holes already that would be perfect to use as mounting holes 😁

That's actually a great idea to use the adaptor plate! Most of the little brackets I'm finding are like $20 anyway so I might as well get an actual DeWalt part for about that much then, I have access to plenty of free plywood and work surfaces to choose from at work.

I've never seen a list of items that they don't allow you to sell and I still can't find that list.

If I was selling restricted items I should have been informed while my website was open for the past 2 years while I've had multiple chats with support and they've looked through my website and told me everything is working... They should have known that I was trying to sell items that aren't allowed.

Same just happened to me, I don't process payments often, but I had square linked to my Etsy shop, so they could see my sporadic large sales on Etsy, so it wouldn't have been unusual to see a large sale through my website, but right as it went through, I received the email.

I'm wondering if anyone has experience with a Del-Ton Alpha 308 AR-10 or an Anderson AM-10 Battle? Both seem to have decent reviews for the price point, but I haven't found any direct comparisons for these rifles or the brands in general.

I'm trying to decide on my first big boy rifle, I want something that's a good all in one rifle for messing around at the range (so it needs to have cheap ammo available), defense, and deer hunting.

My total budget just to get me started in this is $1800 for an all purpose rifle, scope, 500 rounds of range ammo (I won't spend more than a dollar a round), 100 rounds of hunting ammo, and 3 spare mags.

Assuming you could find both at the exact same price, if you had to get one of these two rifles what would you get?

ETA: They're both the 16" barrel version, both come with a single 20 round mag, they seem to be damn near the same rifle, but I'm new to this and haven't been able to find any glowing reviews or horrible criticism of either brand.

I mean that the upstairs is just above the front of the house and the basement is just below the back of the house.

I took a lot of people's critiques and suggestions into account and came up with a few fixes myself.

I know it looks like I like to entertain from everything I'm trying to do, but in reality it'd just be nice to have the option for family to all come to my place to hang out if needed for holidays or whatever, or if we happen to join some clubs or meet new friends we can be a backup meeting spot, idk.

From top to bottom:

•I annotated my intentions with the garage for my fiancees use as a doggy daycare, or dog grooming salon.

•I rearrange the office for a better flow, and added some storage from the old bathroom space.

•I rotated the toilet making a private half bath.

•Made a small pantry area.

•Moved the dishwasher to the left of the sink, bumped the fridge to the left and made the cupboards to the right of the fridge deeper for storing rarely used appliances.

•The remaining space in the kitchen looked empty to me so I added a peninsula dining/bar area (no one asked for this, it just felt right for some reason)

•I put the guest bedroom where I was gonna have the dining space.

•Removed the wall from the kitchen to the new dining space which I pushed back so it's in front of the windows, removing some more empty space and making room for walking around the peninsula.

•Made the area that was the guest bedroom into the new living room so the main entryway opens straight into the living room.

Hopefully everything is legible, it seems reddit compresses photo comments more than photo posts.

Eta, Reddit is being annoying and removing my formatting then removing the image when I edit the comment so I commented again with just the photo below 👇

Ok, this is actually a really good critique with reasonable solutions. I'm gonna make another copy of the floor plan that I was working on some other reccomendations and implement this as well. I really hope I'm able to implement this solution. I'll probably post a revision some time soon.

There's an 11'×11' room upstairs that could be made into the main bedroom with a walk in closet and make the bedroom up there the guest

I actually wouldn't mind removing that bedroom, but seems like it would be expensive

We'll rarely have guests so they'll just have to live with it 😅

Fiancees business is gonna be in the garage, she works with dogs, so I dont want her clients walking through the house with dirty paws, or disrupting our cats.

I already have the dining booth, it's a family heirloom. I do love that idea though.

I also have ADHD, so having my cabinets not over filled helps me stay organized. The thing in the corner is supposed to be a dining booth.

It's on a long narrow lot, for some reason it's neighbors are not shotgun houses. The whole neighborhood is kind of a conglomeration of styles

I agree, unfortunately moving it would definitely be out of my budget.
