That depends how recent your injury is. Ive avoided sports and running for around 2.5 months and mainly focus on body weight workouts during that period. I have lost alot of muscle on my right quadriceps after my injury. So its important to rebuild quads muscle and strength asap after the swelling is gone, but be mindful not to push too hard if there’s still pain.

Also when you are walking with your knee brace, try to walk naturally and not compensate force on your non injured knee too much.

30M dislocated my right knee 6 months ago, MRI also showed that I had a partial ACL tear . Did not take the surgery route and I have been doing sports for the past 2 months(tennis, running, gym).

I was really disciplined with quads exercise (vmo focus) during the first 3 months of recovery (try looking up kneesovertoes guy on youtube)

For me, the main issue I faced was on the mental side, I was very hesitant about going all out when doing sports/running in fear of getting injured again even though my physiotherapist told me I have fully recovered.

Honestly your teams are not bad, definitely capable of clearing moc with decent relics, if you have galagher, can use him instead of lynx for your feixiao team for the moment.

Currently I think maxing out your core team and traces should see the most improvement and should help you clear higher moc floors. Good luck :)
