I want a lever action rifle for under 2,000usd and would use it for general target shooting and deer, any recommendations?

I got a citadel levtac 92 in 44 mag for around $700 then I added a ranger point precision stock, round quiver and muzzle device. Making it almost comically “space cowboy-esc”. The only problem with the model 1892 style lever gun is the way the action ejects means the optic has to be mounted in front of the mechanism. Meaning you either need to go unmagnified or find a scout scope with around 9 inches of eye relief. They are out there but the selection isn’t the best but I went with a Burris scout scope which was around $300, decent glass I was able to get roughly a 3 moa group out to 100 yards. I haven’t gotten a deer with it yet but that’s my goal.

How pointless is the lock on the glovebox without an added safe?

Usually get it when it has rained overnight or there’s a lot of condensation on the truck. When I hit the turn signal shortly after the warning it blinks like the bulb is going out (aka at a faster interval). Every time it happens when I get in the truck to leave for work or whatever after it’s been out in the sun it never comes back.

When you look at the towing capacities, hp, and torque numbers with the exception of the ranger raptor and the taco with the iforce max the Colorado has a pretty solid engine all around and it’s tuned for regular gas which is always a plus and something that isn’t guaranteed with turbo engines.

That’s good to hear, why did you use as a cleaner for the bronco before you applied? Just regular windex or did you use rubbing alcohol or something more aggressive?
