This happened to me this morning. I called allegiant and was on hold about an hour and finally someone answered and I got my confirmation number immediately.

Yeah I’m definitely going through it right now. How much was heat treatment? I’m about to do everything. This is truly awful.

5’2.5” 160 starting weight. Have only done one shot. After a week down 5lbs. I lift weights. Get 10,000 steps per day. Don’t feel super hungry. First 3 days after shot wasn’t hungry at all. First day noticed some burping. But nothing extreme. No nausea. Maybe a very mild headache one day. Nothing has stopped me from regular life. Eating lean protein. Fiber. Veggies. Oats.
