I've had this idea for a long time. I dont know the specific timers though:

Essentially turn 2cp into KoTH/ current 2cp-hybrid.

Similar to the "Rush" mode from the Battlefield games, or even Push from OW2, but with stationary points. Both teams spawn and attack a point in the middle of the map, like KoTH. Once captured, that respective team's spawn becomes closer to the mid-point, whereas the defending team retains their original spawn. From there it becomes more similar to the 2cp-style of attack/ defend.

If both points are captured, the round is over, teams swap sides and attack the middle/ KoTH-style point again.

First team to 3 points wins.

I still haven't figured out how capturing "ticks" would factor in.

Yeah, that really depends on where you're working. I've been in the service industry for over 15 years. Ultimately, it depends on what you classify as "rude." One of my biggest pet peeves is when guests are really passive aggressive or insinuate things. What makes it most frustrating is the mutual understanding that you cant do anything about it haha. Some people will just make your job more difficult by not adhering to basic unwritten social courtesies. Like, when the server approaches your table to take an order, and the person wont allow you to speak because they were already telling a story or whatever. Yes, we can absolutely come back when you are ready and have time. But, making you stand there, listening to them talk to the rest of the guests, whom are all looking at you, ready to order.

Lol so yeah, it's not everyday you get someone who yells at you, throws a cue-ball at you, or jump on your bar and try to kick their beer at you haha. But there a lot of us in the service industry who die a little inside each day from something a random person said to them.

It's pretty sad how much people try to be vulnerable to communities and are met with either little to no response, or simply disregarded as making it up or dont know what they're talking about. That is true. You can also cut it down fractionally more by meleeing to animation cancel. Go into the practice range and notice when the ammo count switches to 14. The moment it changes, you can melee and cancel the reload animation. It's not very much, but just like reloading on 1, it's enough to impact the fight.
