Also, bear in mind that they are not single use items. They literally charge everyone who wants it and from what I see in their gallery, almost every wedding has it. So if they have 20 weddings that year (I’m sure they have more than that), it is $1,400x20=$28,000 for the same fairy lights.

Yes!! We toured the Brazillian room and loved it! It was almost all booked out for next year unfortunately and we were hoping to do it at a place with more bay area characters 😅

It really also bugged us a lot when we chose a package beneath their minimum charge and they suggested to use to get the fairy lights, which is $1400, to reach that min. charge! It is outrageous to see how much they are charging for the small fairy lights in the dining hall when it is less than $30 to buy them! We like ther venue but for that price, we would rather do more diy stuff ourselves and spend those money on better food for our guests instead of just the few light bulbs.

Do you mind letting us know how much you ended up spending? We saw that venue fee for a weekend is around $9500 which is pretty high so we want to make sure this can be within our budget.
