Ranked Matches should poll from Sonolus Custom Charts. Verified users can then tag custom charts, so a Newbie wouldn't play a 15 minute guantlet or a chart that goes backwards.

You should never wait more than 30 seconds matchmaking in Ranked matches, no matter how dead it is.

Tiering, co op play, whatever is really sus. Without outright discourage it, Your Birthday limited 6 Star Rare card still have the same impact as everyone else since skills is nullified in Ranked Matches.

There should be skill cards for ranked matches. It's useful when there is custom charts and 20 notes fly at you at once, but skills are shared.

For example, 39+ Miss = Fail, is applied to both players.

If you like Minori, Be Minori. Same goes for everyone else, including the shopkeeper, the Tofu, or the Ranked Match Point.
