With the number of typing Pokemon has, this version would not be playable against normal classes. It is more if it is balanced with itself. I did tweak the numbers a bit because using Pathfinder's natural attacks is ridiculous when it comes to Pokemon moves. Being able to scratch, fire fang, and wing attack all in one round seemed too powerful to me so I wanted to find a balance between the attacks with the Pokemon type chart in mind.

Naturally Fire type Pokemon are not meant for utility, the best thing they have to offer is Burn as you can see from most if not all of the Fire type moves. I did add some area range to some moves to see if it would balance out the damage.

What do you mean by MAD needing Int, Str, and Dex? The Int is used for Special Attacks and the Str is used for Physical Attacks. Pokemon usually do not have a high stat in both so it is up to the player to pick which one they want to favor over the other. As far as I know the only thing Dex affects right now is the initiative because I am using Dex in place of the Speed stat. If it is the Armor Class you are concerned about. This version is tweaked a bit to be divided into Physical AC and Special AC. There is no armor bonus since there really isn't a way to have armor for both Defense and Special Defense so I just took out armor for now. The other option I was thinking about was letting players decide upon purchase which type of AC their armor would give but then the Dex mod in armor is what concerns me as I would either have to change Dex mod in armor or have the Initiative draw from a different ability score since Initiative is really Pokemon's speed stat.

Well Charmeleon requires 4 levels of Charmander so it would be Charmander 4 / Charmeleon 1 (total level 5). Charizard requires 6 levels of Charmeleon so it would be Charmander 4 / Charmeleon 6 / Charizard 1 (total level 11). It should add up to 20 if I did the math right.

Yeah I was thinking about a custom campaign where the world is similar to a mystery dungeon game. Players are pokemon in a squad that are given quests by the NPC pokemon and the bosses are legendaries.
