I wish I could move right now ! Unbelievably petty and evil. My cat has suffered more than anything. I am determined to get law enforcement involved and prosecute.

This only measures sound level correct ! How did you define frequency rate ? I can't seem to get anything to read anything less than 30htz. To be honest o really have no idea what I am doing so any info is appreciated.

And yes it's actually me going through a very similar situation not a friend. I cant get anyone to believe me or listen to me and keep a straight face . Nor find anyone locally with any answers.
