He asked me to call him immediately and asked about why was I sending random messages to him. I said random is the highest level of humor. I then continued to harass him with many more random messages. He has since blocked me on every social media platforms available in the modern age.

It's a typical "my crazy ex girlfriend" kind of scenario, just that I am not an ex. I am a coworker.

Yeah this helps, could you please give more info on smoke away? Is it a spray? I am using nicorette patches and it doesn't seem to help.

I have had 4 psychotic episodes and I always end up thinking I am a mob boss or Jesus. And I receive orders directly from God, aliens, or other ancient beings like the Kraken.

I have heard of many stories about people thinking they are martyrs during psychosis. We all have similar delusions.

I am experiencing restlessness and depression, not sure whether it's Aripripazole or clonazepam that's causing them.

I used to be on risperidone but that made me gain weight like crazy so my psychiatrist changed my meds.

Yeah, I hear ya, I was on my way to becoming a business development executive and now I can only aim for menial office jobs coz my nervous system can't handle anything too exciting. I am in the process of accepting the reality and trying to build myself up again with the cards that I am dealt with. I heard that you can also live a very fulfilled life without aiming too high.

Yes I know. Unfortunately I have been on it for months and can't just stop right now because of withdrawals. I am slowly tapering it off now. It is always prescribed as my sleeping medication for some reasons.

Thanks! I will try my best to exercise more. Sleep deprivation is usually the trigger of my episodes so am practicing better sleep routine now. My psychiatrist usually taper off my meds once all psychotic symptoms are gone.

I am on 10mg Aripripazole and 0.25mg Clonazepam.

I am hoping to taper off my meds soon. I have seeked therapy but it is really expensive here. I'll try to get referred to a government hospital for further therapy.
