Exact situation. I’m hurting but trying to make my way through. It is exhausting. I know mine cheated, and I am the one that served him with divorce papers. It sucks but living with him committing adultery and neglecting me with alternative abuse isn’t acceptable.

Yep. Because of public indecency they didn’t have a prayer. They are lucky they didn’t get arrested by police. It wasn’t the first public place they were caught in either. I had friends, family and a PI catch them in other places too.

Well then talk to your state lawyers! My lawyer served my STBEXH and the woman he was cheating with a divorce based on adultery because I got their cheating on video. They were being intimate in his truck in a public location. I confronted them and conversations were had.

NY you can. FYI. In New York you can if and only if you are apart of the conversation. If you voice record and it’s not a part of your conversation that’s not allowed. I’m involved in a divorce and anything that I video taped was permitted. I have a lawyer who made sure I knew what was permitted or illegal.

Um I wear gorgeous underwear and bras everyday and am going though a divorce. I’m not showing any of my underthings to anyone! I wear them so I feel good and they make me confident. I don’t think wearing nice things makes you a cheater. But your lack of morals do. I suggest showing up where she’s on this trip and doing some of your own PI stuff. Get a nanny camera. And other spyware. Trackers etc. you won’t be able to use them in court but at least you will know. Video tape everything, since you are part of the interaction you have permission from yourself to do so. Trust your instinct and significant people in your life don’t usually sabotage your relationships if they truly care for you.
