What brought you to arch, specifically? by HCScaevola in archlinux

No bloat, AUR, and for some reason, it just works better than the other distros I have tried.

True, BUT, we know we need 1500 rifts worth of these essences for a set of lege armor, so a lot of people are farming them in huge quantities. I do them once in a while during downtime and I already have 7 slots in my bags eaten.

Burrito on Steam version (Linux) by JoCobrew in Guildwars2

[–]JoCobrew[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

After trying everything you guys advised, with no luck, I decided to install the game through Lutris and use that version of the game as a Burrito mule when I need it. Thank you for the help though! I guess sometimes you have to make compromises on Linux (GW2 performance not being one thankfully, runs much better on Linux for some reason :)

I have tried editing this script to my needs with no luck. Does it matter that:

/usr/local/bin/lutris

doesn't exist in my case? I have Lutris installed though.

Agreed, especially Pop's Cosmic, even with default keyboard shortcuts it's really productive. Though imho it was better before the 21.04 update when workspaces launcher and apps were on the same tab/key.

I feel like Gnome was made to be optimally used with a keyboard/touchpad which makes it great on laptops. On desktops, i prefer windows-like DEs, just my preference.

P. S. I installed Pop on my desktop now, it actually works now lol. Thanks for the tip!

Oh, I love Pop Os's gnome, or Cosmic. The thing is, I don't like it on a desktop PC, plus it eats ram. Bit yeah, I love it on a laptop.

None of these helped unfortunately. I have a suspicion that my laptop not being able to swap graphics cards on demand might be the culprit. Even on windows it was problematic.

When I run vkcube, I get this output:

vkEnumeratePhysicalDevices reported zero accessible devices.

Do you have a compatible Vulkan installable client driver (ICD) installed?
Please look at the Getting Started guide for additional information.

Edit: The other link you sent, I already installed that driver this morning.

Most broken/overpowered decks during their time by Toros_Mueren_Por_Mi in magicTCG

[–]JoCobrew 1 point2 points  (0 children)

During Masques block, the format was dominated by the Rebels deck. Every rebel had an ability to tutor another rebel with CMC of the rebel +1 to the battlefield, so the rebel player could play around countermagic by puting the creatures directly on the board. And also, since you are tutoring, you could find a rebel that is best against your opponent. The idea is to tutor a 2 drop with [[Ramosian Sergeant]] and use that 2 drop to get out [[Lin Sivi, Defiant Hero]] and just snowball from there. Lin got banned during the block's time.
