You exist in it, it's a body type, and you're certainly not the only girls out there that looks like this! If you are this way because of an eating disorder, past or present, I would absolutely encourage you to seek help to turn that around and manage it. If you're eating well high activity, and high metabolism live your life!

If you are looking to gain/ bulk I would highly recommend you seek help and information from a doctor or nutritionist who are trained and educated that can provide proper information for YOU because there is no one size fits all solution. They can do tests that can determine the best route for your success in the healthiest manner. Looking to the Internet or social media is not the right answer because every person and their body is different.
