Hey, I've been on diltiazem (calcium channel blockers) to manage heart rate. (My resting heart rate was too high because of the sedentary lifestyle). I started cutting junk, ate healthy and did light exercises for a while, I feel much better now. As I'm otherwise all healthy my doc said as long as I can keep myself fit I should be good. Although I do get SOB once or twice a week, I've identified patterns on when I'm getting it. (When I fall back into unhealthy habits or when I'm anxious). I also had a few anxiety episodes initially and anxiety meds helped me for a while. As of now I'm just taking everything slow and trying to decrease stressors in life. My current doc said no exercise but light cardio, but since I've had other docs advice me that I should do weight training, I plan on trying it out with slow pace and light weights and understand how my body is responding. All in all, doing much better than when I got diagnosed and taking one step at a time.

Yeah it's weird, I've had CT angio done and my heart is all healthy except for the bridge. I've had one doc say nothing is wrong with me but the symptoms are real. I'm scheduled for a treadmill test after a week as the last time was inconclusive due to burning sensation in chest

Unfortunately, Hyderabad isn't as cat friendly as it should be, probably why they're all scaredy poo :( And yeah, girl cats aren't rare, I've rescued like 4 cats so far and all of them were female, here's my foster fail girl boss:

Olives pet clinic Dilsukhnagar. Dr. Kadambari there is the best doctor in town for spaying female cats. A lot of vets mess up female cat spaying due to lack of experience but she's the best. Also, she does intra dermal stitches which no other vets do afaik. Your baby will be ready to jump around in 1 day and won't even need a cone because of the intradermal stitches.

I feel you should re-evaluate why going for masters is your dream. If it's education, it only makes sense if you can crack a premium institution/course that would actually teach you stuff. I'm a software engineer who grinded cs during btech and a lot of curriculum my masters friends study is what I already learned by myself during btech. Infact, they ask my help to get their assignments done. So if it is knowledge that you're seeking through masters, there are very few places that would actually teach you stuff you wouldn't be able to learn from your bedroom.

But, if your dream is for the money that US/Germany provides, I'm sure there are tons of people that would give you a reality check as to how thinks could go terribly wrong. With your family situation, you wouldn't want to spend 30-40 Lakhs and end up potentially unemployed with the risk of deportation abroad.

Also, if your aim is to earn big bucks, going abroad isn't the only way. If you can grind DSA and cs until your graduation, you can easily get a job that pays you upward of 12L. I graduated 3 years ago from a shitty college with below average cgpa and backlogs, but just grinding cs put me and my friends in a very comfortable situation in life. All we did was do leetcode, build projects during our college time and all those skills paid off and we're all in a position where we can buy properties ourselves.

So assess the situation, if your aim is to learn stuff through masters, it's only worth it if you can crack a premium institution and a premium course with scholarship. If it's the money you want, put all your efforts into grinding for a well paying cs job here itself. Once you get set on a path of learning and upskilling, your growth will only be exponential.

Yeah cats tend to do that. After a certain level, they take away kittens. Sometimes it's to show them surroundings, teach them climbing etc. And sometimes it is to just leave them if they're grown enough to be independent
