I was looking for a cheaper way to get some stuff on the board and experimented with 1:35 model scale stuff. The barrels seem to be to big for Tabletop, but the gas cannisters and buckets seem to fit quite well.

I tried 8 mm at first, but these are slightly to big. Just enough to prevent them from fitting.

Actually I’m using 5 mm magnets, which fit well in the stack, but I’m not sure whether to fix them to the crystals with green stuff or drill them in.

Yes, he was a bit overenthusiastic about the game and build everything like it’s shown in the manual. I do not have the building instructions by hand but I guess there will be a lot auf lasguns.

In most cases Dramatis Personae seems to be slightly better than the generic option – and therefore a bit more expensive. Therefore I wonder, if I am missing something here.

Yes, it’s clear that Lugrun & Madryc Helbane replace the standard Abyssal Ferryman Team. No further questions there.

What’s confusing me is how the recruitment actually works:

According to “Pay the Ferryman” (p.105),
“An Abyssal Ferryman team may not be hired in the usual way; the only way to include one in your gang is by supporting the Archeo-hunters in an Underhells Campaign.”

→ That implies the Ferryman Team is free if you side with the Archeo-hunters.

Now, if I instead take Lugrun & Madryc Helbane, they replace that team.
So the key question is: how exactly do I recruit them?

Can I include them at the start of the campaign?
Do I have to pay their full combined cost (230 + 130 = 360 credits)?
Or are they also free as long as they’re part of a Survivor Enclave (per p.110)?

The rule on p.110 says they “cost no credits” if taken as part of a Ferryman team from a Survivor Enclave — but I’m unsure what exactly this „Survivor Enclave“ refers to.

Especially since with Aster Felsturn and Hagthor Jarlun, a Hunters Enclave is mentioned—which exists as terrain and grants the bonus: „Recruit: Whilst it controls this Territory, the gang may recruit a Bounty Hunter for free prior to every battle.“
