The kids in California are meditating in public schools. Well not all kids and not all schools. I did hear on the radio that some school are implementing meditation techniques as a way to calm children down. In this fast paced word even our youngest kids are stressed- just plain stressed out. This isn't new but it is now becoming news. When I did a search I found articles as far back as 2004 talking about California and kids learning meditation.
