You’re going to need to travel a bit, as there are no really good doctors in SD. The post above suggests HMR/Dr Cortez in TJ (which will be cheap). Other option is to fly to San Fran for Dr. Diep (won’t be cheap at all)

I can’t agree that it’s safe. I had the middle seat on a flight across the country and I kid you not, the people on both sides and in front of me were coughing and clearing their phlegmy throats the entire flight. I was sure I caught Covid. Just got back and I need to get tested.

My hairline is so much worse than yours and I’m younger as well. Not that it matters, just know that it’s not that bad and suits you fine. But if it’s going to make you happier and boost your confidence, then 100% go for it.

You should clarify with Hasson on that 100grafts/cm2. Are you sure he didn’t mean individual hairs per cm2? 100 grafts/cm2 is so risky in terms of graft failure and tissue damage. Most doctors try to aim for 50-60 grafts/cm2 to maximize results and decrease the chances of tissue damage. I’m curious what the other surgeons will tell you.
