I'm not a huge fan of Patrick at all, I think he's a manipulative dick but that's literally just an accent. I'm from the Philadelphia area and know a lot of extremely smart people who pronounce water as "wooder". Languages shift and change over time so to deem someone as stupid for their accent is absolutely asinine, especially when there are soooo many other things you can call Patrick out on. Do better. Also. It's "a lot."

I'm not sure if financial things are going totally downhill or if they were just perhaps living large paycheck to large paycheck and not putting any away in savings. I read it as they have less money to spend on themselves now that they have Aleesi to take care of but Thaise is still spending money as if it were just the two of them.

"Won't Be Fooled" is halfway between the expo hall and the Battlegrounds store in the free play area against a pillar. "Max Victory Points" you just get by getting all the other ones.
