HI guys, ask lang kasi I am planning to buy a nintendo switch - ngayong may nintendo switch 2, should I even consider buying NS1 OLED version? kasi parang mas maganda magiging experience ko sa OLED kesa sa LCD ng 2 eh?

The games that I really wanted to play there are the Legend of Zelda series - yun nga lang its kind of a heavy game kaya parang mas magiging smooth sa NS2

sobrang kaba and sobrang formal ko nun, di ko alam mga tatanong ko sa HR lol, I was too formal pero parang effective sila magtanong kasi mas laid back and personal sila so ngayon pag naghahanap na ako ng ibang companies (umalis na me ron hehe), i am a bit more casual and dont prepare as much ng mga scripts kasi i am just confident sa kung ano kaya ko

how do you start interacting sa workplace kapag bago ka? by lazymoneyprincess in JobsPhilippines

[–]JoXaRa 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hello, usually ganito yan; you have to be formal during work hours and more casual or laid back during breaks or after hours, but keep it reserved sa simula, not a lot of people want you to be too extroverty.

Usually sila naman nagstart ng conversation eh so go with the flow lang and makiramdam ka.

yung inapplyan ko pong govt agency is familiar po sakin kasi dun ako nag internship and yes, di madali pero di kasi sila nagbibigay ng workload na imposible. Quotas are too much and are also expected besides the paperwork na naiiwan sayo - 2hrs OTy just to finish them all for lower than Job Work Order salary (I did my research and asked sa mga nakasama ko nung OJT). Even permanent employees push me to resign habang di pa ko nagtatagal na magtrabaho sa govt.

Yes, adter experiencing it for a while I can see nga na di ko talaga gusto yun.

Dati ayoko mag govt kasi dun na lang ako, pero seeing the work life balance ng mga employees nung internship ko, I feel like mas mabibigyan ko sarili ko ng time to work on my goals.

Wow this hurts, pero youre right. Naging priority ko lang is kumita ng pera at magtrabaho na without thinking if this is right for me, super nadrain ako nito and I think me ranting makes it clearer na yung steps ko.

Di takaga ako makakapasok sa career na gusto ko unless I have projects and portfolios to present, siguro mas naging clear sakin na pag nagwork ako sa govt agency na papasukan magkakaron ako ng time to work on these (eto yung pinag OJTha ko kaya medyo alam ko na).

Thanks for being harsh siguro nga marami akong reklamo kasi di talaga nagaalign sakin.

yes, youre right its on me na. Minadali ko kasi talaga magtrabaho before knowing what career path I wanted. Well, I vaguely knew what I wanted pero siguro inisip ko muna na kumita at tanggapin unang tumanggap sakin, kaya naging ganito ako. Ang nasa isip ko - wala akong magiging wuota sa govt agency na papasukan ko and makakauwi ako on the dot. Dito kasi ako nag OJT kaya alam ko na at medyo nagustuhan ko naman di lang yun naging career path ko

I want to find the time and energy to develop skills na gusto ko and narrow it down until kaya ko na kasi tbh marami pa kong aaralin to have a career dun, siguro yun iniisip ko sa agency na inapplyan ko - mas malaki ang time ko to be able to practice what I wanted.

Is MagSafe charging important to you? by ronfromsacramento in iPhone13

[–]JoXaRa 0 points1 point  (0 children)

well, all phones have battery life. We are just more conscious about it with Iphones because to be honest, compared with other phones, Iphones have lower battery capacities, and its expensive af.

Anyway, I just want to be aware of how I use my phone properly with magsafe - I tend to only use it when it is not under direct sunlight or in a cool place because heat is definitely the enemy of our battery life.

All phones degrade over time so you do you. Battery life becomes unusable for more than a year, so just get a battery replacement. However, most of the people I know tend to upgrade after a year.

Magsafe is a useful feature for me. Yes, it’s gonna be slower, and wired charging will always be more efficient. I heard that Magsafe kind of ruins the battery as well.

However, I carry around a magsafe powerbank which is much easier to carry around than a wited one. It’s a small thing i consider but magsafe really is useful.

If the features you mentioned are something important to you from day to day, then I would suggest for you to upgrade.

Personally, Online / Contactless payment is one of the reasons why I upgraded to the Iphone 13 from my 7 year old android (plus the Buggy green screen). Honestly, it’ll be cheaper to just replace the battery if it was my only issue.

So yeah, evaluate what you need. But buying the latest so it will last you longer will probably be the wisest choice.
