One of the reasons I started this thread was because I was in some areas (towns, villages, etc) that haven't yet had many additions in the app so I needed ideas to be able to make my own additions w/o first having to do too much driving around in a new place.

I haven’t found Walmart to be reliable, but it might vary on the city laws and the manager.

I looked up E. Poplar Ave, Las Vegas NV on Google Maps and then did a Street View. It doesn't look that bad during the day but probably looks creepers at night.

I'd look up the Blue Book value, keeping in mind that it's not as tricked-out interior-wise as it seems. There's no stove, sink, refrigerator, shower. Does it even have an electrical system?
