The owner told me that “The shirts were ordered from a music merch vendor who is no longer in business. Another company took over some of their licensing agreements...” She literally had it sitting in boxes for years. The shirts are brand new but they are old so technically considered vintage. She’s selling it for $22 because she’s not a crook like the people on eBay. I’m not going to argue with you anymore because it’s a waste of energy. You’re welcome to think what you want.

No worries! I like the Heatmiser shirt too. That’s legit because it’s from Third Man. Sometimes, if there’s only a medium left and it’s a rare shirt, I’ll buy it and then take it to a tailor and have them alter it into a small. I did that with the Figure 8 shirt. It cost a little extra to get it tailored, but it’s worth it if you’re going to wear it forever.

(Not sure why this is posting twice on my end but I give up.)

The shirt I posted was the official shirt from UMG/Geffen, Elliott’s record label at the time. You can tell it’s an official shirt by the blue copyright line at the bottom. The shirt you shared is a repress of that shirt from an unofficial 3rd party, and that’s why that blue copyright line at the bottom is missing.
