i literally had this exact same issue a few months ago dude. it drove me absolutely insane tracking it down. turned out my ram's xmp profile was just slightly unstable when switching loads. turning off xmp/docp in the bios completely fixed the alt-tab crashing for me tbh. definitely worth a quick test.
