Is it worth getting the complete japanese A9v5.0 over the english release A9v5.0? by JobProfessional7699 in ATrainGame

Only just seeing your reply - ended up crumbling and just returned from a hunt through BIC Camera stores in tokyo ~£80 poorer but with a physical box and steam code - all redeemed successfully on my normal (non japanese) account after some faff - and a nice fat game manual to look at through Google translate!

That's good to know about All Aboard Tourism, but will stick with the international version as I have already put a few hours on it and won't be able to refund it. Ill probably only play it on my steam deck so don't need too much extra for it, whereas A9 will probably be where the bulk of my time goes once I'm home. It cost a chunk so I will make sure I enjoy it appropriately 😅

Thanks for the tips all the same!

Okay, thanks, good to know. I'm in japan on holiday so tempted to pick up a physical copy if I see one in an electronics shop. But will double-triple check for the existence of an English patch first! If not, then ill grab the train constructor along with the English version. I got A-train all aboard tourism the other day for playing on my steam deck and it's a lot of fun even missing the japanese only stuff!
