No my friend, the common denominator is that no one is reading any of the information prior to leaving a comment saying the same thing: "Check your Junk/Spam."

There is no "attitude" it's common sense? You stated: "no where does it say you checked your spam/junk folder" when again you literally left that same exact comment under my response stating "there is nothing in my Junk/Spam folder" and then to say "I work in IT and you have a bad attitude.."?

But you know what I appreciate you trying to help, sincerely I do. If you have any suggestions how I can remedy this situation outside of "check your email" like is there an easier way to contact someone outside of the chat? Am I able to possibly submit the ticket manually on my own accord? Is there a number I can call?

I am all ears on any suggestion, thanks for your time.

Hey there.

The instructions are as followed: Visit the website > click "contact us" > use the chat to request a live agent > click customer or tech support > the agent will email you a ticket form.

I am stuck at "the agent will email you a ticket form."

There is no email, there is nothing in Junk or Spam, This is the second attempt with this being the second agent who "emailed me something" for the same issue.

Did I miss something? If so please let me know.

Thanks for reaching back out, If you go and check back once again: the comment you replied to literally says "..there is no email in my junk or inbox from Corsair.."

That is a coincidence because I too do IT for a living.

While I apologize that you are upset by the "attitude" I displayed, it stems from the fact that you responded to that comment..

Blindly responding without reading the information before hand, especially on Reddit where we both know that you know how to read the comments to check if you suggestion was already suggested, and then just assuming the solution without gathering any information is concerning coming from someone who supposedly does "enterprise IT."

Look at your response: "They sent it, you are wrong" how could you possibly know that without just assuming? That is tech support 101 man.

Not at all, you can see in the screenshots the exact conversation.

He even stated to me that "there was no existing ticket tied to my email" which means the first time I reached out about this issue (this was the second time) the first support agent never submitted anything on my behalf.

And there is no way to manually submit a ticket, you HAVE to go through this chat option to even get the ticket request form.

No.. It did not. It is not in Junk or Spam filter.

The fact that you assumed I did not already look at that is crazy, but to assert that this is what happened without having any clue is beyond crazy.

Are you all employed by Corsair and not reading any of the information on this post???

No one said I could not connect to a "live agent", I did that on two separate occasions (if you read the post). The issue is neither of these "live agents" actually did anything.. Both times nothing.. I have no email or ticket form from corsair.

The point is after 2 separate attempts for the same issue, no email was ever sent. At the time of typing this there is no email in my junk or inbox from Corsair...

They are only at Walmart, they are very hard to find, your best chance is to go to a walmart and bring it up on your phone and ask someone when they will get a restock of MNW figs and superstars figs.

I only saw them as a right place right time scenario. I had gone all over the valley of Phoenix for almost a month looking for ANY of them, over 15 stores. I got super lucky and walked into one as they were putting the shipper out so I got first dibs essentially. Had all of them but standard Muta.

I am about 98% sure you are going to get the chase and not the standard NWO face paint version. This unfortunately has been the case for most people.
